Delivery and returns

Shipping costs are calculated based on the Country and the VAT rate applicable there to the shipping address. Click here to view a schedule of fees.

We have a delivery time of 1 to 4 working days.
In the unlikely event that this does not work, we will inform you.

You can choose the ‘Takeout’ option during checkout.
We will process your order and let you know by e-mail when it is ready.

The moment you have received this email, your package has been given to the courier service. They will send you an email within 24 hours with a Track and Trace code with which you can trace your package until it is registered.

All fabrics that have been cut to size for you cannot be returned. Are you unsure about your choice? Then order a sample of the fabric first.

We ship our products to the following countries:

Have you made a mistake? Of course, that can happen. Please let us know as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.

Would you like to orientate yourself first, or get help from one of our employees? Then feel free to walk in. We are open from Monday to Friday between 10.00 and 17.00.

The minimum order of fabrics is 0.5m or 1m, this is stated with the product. With a number of products such as yarn it is 1 piece.

All products that have not been cut to size for you can be returned if they are returned in delivered condition. Do you have any other questions or problems with the delivered product? Please contact us and we will be happy to heal you.

You can request samples of all our fabrics without prints. You can order samples by clicking on “Request sample” on the product page under the shopping cart button. You can request five samples free of charge, for which you only pay the shipping costs of € 3.95.

Are you a business customer and do you need our products on a regular basis, or do you want to place a large order? Please contact us for the possibilities.

You will receive a standard invoice from us with the total amount and the total VAT amount.

If your order has not yet been cut to size, we can cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to see what is possible.
