Tailor-made cushions
First of all, we will discuss your wishes. Every project is different and that is why we are very curious about your project. When we have listened to your story, we will look at which fabric suits the project. Big in Fabric has a wide range of upholstery fabrics and outdoor fabrics that are splash or completely waterproof. In addition, we also have a wide range of artificial leather that can also be used on boats or in caravans.
Next, we’ll look at the foam we use to customise your cushions. Do you want a firm pillow or do you prefer a soft pillow? We have various types of foam rubber that meet your needs. In addition to the seat, we also have various types of foam rubber for the back.
We always glue the foam rubber in with Fiberfill. This is quilted material which ensures that you get nice round corners in your custom cushions. In addition, it provides extra soft cushions for your caravan, boat or garden set. We glue in the fiberfill with our spray adhesive. This ensures that the fiberfill is firmly attached to the foam rubber.
When your custom cushions are ready, we put the cushions in the custom-made cover.
Custom-made cushion cleaning
Did you spill something on your new pillow? No problem! We always make custom pillows with a zipper on the back of the pillow. As a result, the zipper is not noticeable, but you can easily remove the covers so that you can wash them out. Our upholstery fabrics and outdoor fabrics can be washed in the washing machine in almost all cases. As a result, you don’t have to worry if a stain gets on your pillows. In addition to custom-made outdoor cushions, we also offer various cleaning and maintenance products . These are suitable for textiles as well as leather and artificial leather. By spraying your pillows with the protector spray, your pillows are always protected against any stains.
