Online store software

WooCommerce
Our webshop is developed with software from WooCommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of providing our services will be shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. WooCommerce is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have entered into with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information related to your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group in order to further improve its services.

WooCommerce Hosting
Our webshop is developed with WooCommerce software, we have chosen AndersGoogle for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of providing our services will be shared with this party. OtherwiseGoogle has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. AndersGoogle is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have entered into with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.

Web Hosting

Google
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Google. Google processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Google has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. Google is required to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.

Email and mailing lists

MailChimp
We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that is automatically sent via our website, you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share information with third parties in this context.

Google
We use the services of Google for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Google does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

Mollie
To handle (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the Mollie platform. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymised) data with third parties in this context. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data any longer than is permitted by law.

Reviews

Feedback Company
We collect reviews through the Feedback Company platform. If you leave a review via Feedback Company, you are required to provide your name, city and email address. Feedback Company shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. Feedback Company also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, Feedback Company may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address and information related to your order with Feedback Company. Shipping & Logistics

PostNL
When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. To this end, it is necessary for us to share your name, address and residence details with PostNL. PostNL will only use this data for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.

DPD
When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DPD to carry out the deliveries. To this end, it is necessary for us to share your name, address and place of residence with DPD. DPD will only use this data for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that DPD engages subcontractors, DPD will also make your data available to these parties.

Invoicing and bookkeeping

MoneyBird
We use the services of MoneyBird for our administration and bookkeeping. We share your name, address and residence details and details relating to your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored protected, MoneyBird has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use. General purpose of the processing
We only use your data for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. Automatically Collected Data
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This data (e.g. your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data. Participation in tax and criminal investigations

In some cases, Brabant Textiel may be obliged to share your data in connection with a tax or criminal investigation by the government. In such a case, we are obliged to share your data, but we will oppose this within the possibilities offered by the law.

Retention periods
We store your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also take this as a request to be forgotten. This also means that we will not keep your data for longer than two years from the last moment of contact or transaction, unless there is a legal justification for doing so. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.
